Ch 12 Paper

Describe a company you would like to found. List all of the forms of ownership (sole proprietor, partnership, corporation, and others) you can find and the advantages and disadvantages of each form of ownership. Select the form of ownership that best suits your company and explain why. As you make use of sources, please add them to a Works Cited page at the end of your paper.
