Always remember that your instructor should be your first point of contact for any issues you're having. You can send them a message using the Inbox in the Global Navigation on the left side of the screen.

You can also message or live chat with Canvas using the Help button in the Global Navigation on the left side of the screen. There are also How To Guides located in the Help Button.
